VODAFONE: PERSONAS IN USE

These persona boards were designed to be highly durable, portable and self-standing so that they could easily be carried into meetings to represent the customer when strategic decisions were being made. Each employee received a set. The intention was that these personas would immerse employees in the world of the customer during all the work they were doing. The boards provide a wealth of in-depth information about the customer in a highly engaging and easily remembered format.
